The second of my Christmas with wine videos for The Guardian is now available. This time Bruno Loubet prepared a delicious meal for me, starting off with cured salmon served with beetroot and horseradish snow. This was followed by roast partridge and all the trimmings. Finally there was a rich chocolate cake with an orange and caramel sauce. As before I chose two wines I thought would go well with each course.
